Remote Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support critical business applications and technology infrastructure, the full-time Remote Application Systems Analyst will provide technical support, manage user accounts, and monitor business applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus
• Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, and Logic Blocks preferred
• Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or CISSP are preferred
