Remote Associate Director Pharmacovigilance
Job Summary
Leading the development and continuous improvement of global pharmacovigilance signal detection processes, the Remote Associate Director Pharmacovigilance will ensure compliance with health authority regulations while mentoring junior scientists and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of signal management processes in accordance with global regulations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for signal detection and management within Pharmacovigilance
- Provide training and mentorship to junior Pharmacovigilance scientists and manage vendor oversight for signal management activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and medical safety sciences
- Knowledge of EU pharmacovigilance regulations and regulatory inspection expectations
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Data Sciences and Regulatory Affairs
