Remote Back End Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A memorabilia authentication company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Back End Senior Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Contributing to the design and development of new cloud-based software architectures
• Analyzing existing applications / databases and identify areas for improvement
• Designing and contributing to APIs that can support user experiences on web and mobile applications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building web applications, APIs, scalable and distributed systems
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technology
• Fluent in Java, C#, Python or other high-level languages
• Experience with Service Oriented and Microservice architectures
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proficient at using appropriate security, testing, documentation, and/or monitoring best practices
