Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to clients, the part-time Banking Customer Service Representative will address inquiries related to retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments, while working remotely on a contract basis with rotational shifts in the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments
- Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, including lump sum distributions and rollovers
- Reprinting tax forms and verifying current record information as requested
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high call volume call center environment
- Background in banking, financial services, or insurance
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, such as 401(k) and 403(b)
