Remote Bilingual Collections Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the Remote Bilingual Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts while working from home in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and accept incoming calls to secure payments on past due accounts
• Utilize professional phone etiquette and negotiation skills to assist customers effectively
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of previous collections or call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Strong customer service aptitude and positive attitude
