Job Summary
OptimuMedicine, LLC, a rapidly-growing ambulance company in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for about 20 hours per week. Hours will be flexible. Although the position is mostly remote, we do require that the candidates be local, as there will be occasions when attendance is required in the corporate office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a higher-level position over time.
Main tasks to include:
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Onboarding new employees
- Reconciling accounts
- Assisting the Director of Finance as needed
Skills Required:
- At least 2 year of bookkeeping experience
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
- QuickBooks
- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone and writing skills.
- Ability to think critically and prioritize
- Ability to work independently
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ambulance billing and AdvanceClaim software a plus, but not required. Accounting Degree a plus, but not required. Pay commensurate with experience.
