Job Summary

Seeking experienced interpreters, the contracted Remote Bosnian-English Interpreter will facilitate communication between Bosnian and English speakers while working fully remotely, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in a quiet environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally while adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Utilize industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and report to the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Bosnian
• Minimum of 2 years of interpretation experience
• Ability to maintain high accuracy through excellent listening and note-taking skills
• Proficiency in explaining cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication
• Technical requirements include a steady wired internet connection and a USB wired headset
