Job Summary
Providing daily remote support to retail branches, the full-time Virtual Branch Support Analyst will review sales and financial transactions, offer leadership and coaching in the absence of the Branch Manager, and execute centralized risk control activities as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide real-time transactional support via communication tools for assigned branches
- Remotely complete control reviews of key transactions requiring supervisory oversight
- Participate in evaluating the consistency and effectiveness of branch processes in quality control
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of retail branch activities and control environments
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent analytical ability and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
