Remote Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Empower Test Analyst / Business Analyst, the remote contractor will support requirements gathering, UAT, testing, defect management, and business documentation with a focus on Empower LOS and mortgage lending workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, scripts, and execute UAT/regression testing for Empower LOS
- Gather and document requirements; create detailed BRDs and manage requirements through sign-off
- Perform defect triage, tracking, and post-production validation using JIRA, ALM, or TestRail
Required qualifications
- Strong Empower LOS and mortgage lending experience
- Experience in requirements elicitation and BRD documentation
- Strong UAT planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with CFPB, ATR, QM, and TRID requirements
- Proficiency in using JIRA, ALM, or TestRail for defect management
