Remote Business Operations Manager
Job Summary
A telecommunications and IT services firm is in need of a Remote Business Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive and coordinate architectural and engineering delivery of products to the market
- Deliver key programs and program reviews to leadership
- Act as the right hand and advisor to the VP of Product Security for the identification, consolidation, and execution of key action items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA required
- 5+ years of demonstrated success leading large, complex projects across teams or organizations
- 10+ years of experience in management, leadership, and strategic planning
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization, including VP/SVP level
- Must be able to think strategically and operate tactically to drive and deliver key business insights and operational deliverables
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, KPI and OKR development, and Scaled Agile Framework
