Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing within department budget
• Acting as liaison between department and other operational areas
• Managing and directing activities of direct and indirect staff in all aspects of account management

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 + years Supervisory position required
• File build, data transfer or API understanding
• 2+ years Data File experience within insurance industry required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills- both directly and indirectly
• In-depth knowledge of insurance industry and company products and services
• Experience interacting with third party vendors, including claims processors and benefit administrators
