Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales team, the part-time hourly Remote Call Center Agent will make outbound calls to potential customers, schedule appointments for consultations, and utilize provided scripts to engage prospects while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to schedule appointments with potential customers
- Utilize scripts to engage and persuade homeowners about products and services
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and meet weekly and monthly appointment goals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs and troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet
- Professional and personable demeanor with a persuasive communication style
