Remote Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Agent will manage sales and service calls, enter customer information into the database, and resolve inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via telephone to provide requested information and recommendations
• Complete rental reservations and address questions or complaints regarding billing and services
• Meet operational performance standards and sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Sales acumen and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day
