Remote Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely as a Call Center Representative for Roadside Assistance, this full-time position will manage incoming calls from members in distress, ensuring their immediate safety and satisfaction while providing comprehensive support and assistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance services
• Document details of member distress accurately and relay critical information to expedite dispatching
• Maintain a compassionate demeanor and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

Required qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
