To support a growing healthcare system, the PRN Remote Call Center Specialist will manage a high volume of customer inquiries, providing exceptional service while maintaining patient privacy and data accuracy in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound customer contacts, including calls, emails, and chats, while adhering to performance standards
- Provide accurate information and support for event registration, patient navigation, and the MyChart patient portal
- Ensure precise data entry and documentation of all interactions, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work between Monday and Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM as needed
