Remote Call Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance participant engagement for the All of Us research program, the part-time Remote Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities while utilizing effective communication and recruitment methods.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, enrolling them in the All of Us research program and ancillary studies
• Provide comprehensive information about the research program and address patient inquiries using the Teach Back Method
• Conduct daily outreach via phone and occasional email to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Knowledge of public health research concepts and participatory research practices
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
