Job Summary

Managing research proposals and grants, the full-time Remote Cardiology Research Administrator will oversee pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines while supporting faculty and staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of complex research proposals, ensuring adherence to sponsor guidelines
• Manage post-award activities, including budget monitoring, payroll sourcing, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate grant-related information and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in grants administration
• Familiarity with federal and university research administration regulations
• Experience managing complex proposals and budgets
• Proficiency in using online grant management systems
