Remote Care Advisor

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance to families during the caregiver search process, the full-time Remote Care Advisor will assist with caregiver matching, maintain relationships, and ensure satisfaction while working from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide members through the caregiver search journey by building relationships and communicating effectively
• Collaborate with the Enrollment Team for seamless transitions and document interactions in the EHR system
• Provide ongoing support post-hire to maintain satisfaction between families and caregivers

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Six months of experience in a customer service role is required
• Preferred: One year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
• Some college-level coursework is preferred
