Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Carrier and Regulatory Operations Program Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Unlock carrier portals and ensure hygiene of our carrier-facing operations
- Summarize and track complex issues and carrier escalations
- Manage and grow appointed carrier network to improve conversion and mitigate churn
