An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Carrier and Regulatory Operations Program Lead.

• Unlock carrier portals and ensure hygiene of our carrier-facing operations
• Summarize and track complex issues and carrier escalations
• Manage and grow appointed carrier network to improve conversion and mitigate churn
