Job Summary

To support a growing radiology practice, the full-time Remote Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, handle insurance verification, and coordinate communications across multiple locations while working remotely within the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of radiology appointments and ensure efficient communication with patients and healthcare providers
• Obtain and verify insurance information while answering multi-line phone systems for various locations
• Process incoming faxes and send out medical records as required

Required qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare or related field
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, physicians, and staff
