Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly 1:1 financial strategy calls with clients
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow
- Build and interpret financial dashboards while preparing short-term cash flow forecasts
Required qualifications
- Controller or senior-level accounting/finance experience
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, KPI, and dashboard experience
- Proven results improving profitability, cash flow, or expenses
- Experience managing teams or client relationships
- Professional services or law firm experience is a plus
