Job Summary
Leading change management activities for business transformation, the full-time Remote Change Management Manager will partner with business leaders to develop strategies that support successful organizational change while assessing impacts and risks across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendations to project leadership
- Establish and monitor adoption metrics to measure change effectiveness and identify areas requiring additional support
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related field
- Experience supporting change initiatives within large, complex organizations
- Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across diverse business groups
- Experience creating training documentation and user support materials
