Remote Cisco Wireless Network Engineer
Job Summary
An information technology and professional services company is filling a position for a Remote Cisco Wireless Network Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Work on wireless network configuration and troubleshooting including wireless controllers
- Work on Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
- Configurate and troubleshoot of redundant WAN connectivity using both basic failover and load balancing
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have experience in the enterprise WiFi 802.11. environment
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Experience in local area network with an emphasis in CISCO wireless networking
- Ability to create plans to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of systems and/or networks
- Bachelors Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline; 5 years of experience
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 13 years of experience
