Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product adoption and sales teams to validate wireless design and deploy the OS
- Serve as the technical expert to troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges
- Develop documentation to prevent customer pitfalls and ensure smooth product deployment
Required Qualifications
- Deep technical knowledge of Cisco wireless networks
- Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wireless networks
- Familiarity with network design tools like Ekahau and Hamina
- Experience with network management tools such as Catalyst Center and Cisco Prime
- Preferred: CCIE certification or higher-level education in a related field
