Job Summary
A global non-profit civic and social agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Civic and Social Performance Test Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a performance testing program to support long-term application reliability and growth
- Work closely with the platform, infra, and bank ops engineering teams
- Conduct regular system performance tests and tracking trends and risks against business goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ Years experience
- Experience testing modern systems backed by legacy systems
- Understanding of the challenges involved in testing financial services products
- Willingness to dive in and contribute as an individual to build a great toolset
- Ability to act-like-an-owner mentality
