A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Client Onboarding Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the sole point of contact for a client during implementation
- Spot check data transfers and import, and handoff “Live” customers to Customer Service
- Open bug tickets as needed for issues identified during onboardin
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly organized and can effectively communicate and execute project plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite
