Remote Clinical Admin Nurse RN
Job Summary
Providing guidance and education to members, the full-time Remote Clinical Admin Nurse RN will act as a clinical resource in a customer service setting, addressing health questions and supporting members in managing their well-being while working weekdays from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm CST and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.
Key responsibilities
- Acts as a resource for members, addressing medical and health inquiries in real time
- Documents member interactions accurately across multiple databases and follows up on prior authorizations
- Educates members on healthcare decision-making and advocates for them in complex medical situations
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN compact license
- 4+ years of acute nursing experience as an RN
- 2+ years of case management experience
- Experience in med-surg, critical care, and/or ER
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Word, Outlook)
