Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical support team, the full-time Remote Clinical Dispatcher will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians during the 2nd shift.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
• Manage incoming consultations through established workflows and prioritize assignments across multiple service lines
• Monitor and maintain queues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) while demonstrating service excellence

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment, healthcare, or IT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication/collaboration tools
• Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and excel in a remote work environment
