Remote Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Clinical Dispatcher for the 2nd shift, who will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while ensuring effective communication with hospital staff and physicians to facilitate timely patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming consultations through the CCC consultation lifecycle workflows and prioritize assignments for multiple service lines
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to ensure efficient patient care and service excellence
• Monitor and maintain queues to prioritize consultations and exceed service level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools across various operating systems
• Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
