Job Summary

To ensure compliance and quality in post-marketing surveillance, the remote Clinical Medical Services Specialist III will oversee vendor performance, manage adverse event information processing, and provide training and mentorship within a 1-year contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct oversight of vendors to ensure accurate and compliant processing of post-marketing adverse event information
• Monitor vendor quality, compliance, and productivity metrics while supporting audits and inspections
• Develop vendor management expertise and deliver training sessions for internal staff and vendors

Required qualifications

• BSN, RN, or BS degree is required
• Experience handling Serious Adverse Events (SAE) or Adverse Events (AE) is required
• Knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA) is required
• Experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance is required
