Job Summary
To support a global clinical program, the fully remote Clinical Research Associate will conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for various clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving patient recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site visits for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory standards
- Partner with investigative sites to enhance patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention strategies
- Monitor site performance and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and patient safety
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recent on-site clinical monitoring experience with relevant therapeutic areas
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage investigative sites and ensure protocol compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
