Remote Coding Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of coding professionals, the full-time Remote Coding Manager will oversee acute and ambulatory coding operations, set team direction, and ensure compliance with coding regulations while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages and supports coding staff and supervisors, establishing priorities and resolving operational issues
• Ensures compliance with coding regulations and leads efforts to maximize reimbursement and improve coding quality
• Utilizes analytics to identify trends and opportunities, driving process improvement initiatives in coding workflows

Required qualifications:

• Active coding credentials such as CCS or CPC
• 5+ years of acute/ambulatory coding experience
• 2+ years of coding leadership or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
