Remote Coding Manager

Job Summary

Managing coding services for assigned clients, the full-time Remote Coding Manager will oversee operational management, ensure productivity and quality standards, and provide ongoing education and mentorship to coding staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, coders, and stakeholders while managing both onshore and offshore coding resources
• Monitor team performance to meet service-level agreements and assist in the development and growth of coding services
• Prepare and present business status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of coding staff with project goals

Required qualifications:

• AHIMA/AAPC credentials
• Five or more years of coding experience
• Three or more years of employee and client management experience in a remote environment
• Strong knowledge of coding and complete revenue cycle management services
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
