Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Remote Collections Agent, the part-time hourly position will involve negotiating payments and managing delinquent accounts while working from home, with potential onsite training in Houston.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for past due accounts through direct customer contact
• Assess consumers' financial conditions and develop creative solutions for delinquency issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and ensure compliance with collection regulations

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in Collections or Debt Settlement is mandatory
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Strong negotiation skills and a competitive, persuasive demeanor
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to document information accurately during calls
