Remote Collections Manager

Job Summary

To support a Specialty Infusion Pharmacy, the full-time Remote Collections Manager will oversee the accounts receivable collections process, manage daily operations, and develop collection staff while ensuring compliance and optimizing revenue cycle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities related to accounts receivable across multiple site locations and payors to maximize timely payment
• Monitor aging reports and key AR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Supervise and develop a team of collection specialists, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies

Required qualifications

• Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare collections or revenue cycle experience, including leadership responsibilities
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, and medical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
