Remote Collections Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier customer support from a remote location within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program
Required qualifications:
- Prior customer service and collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
- Must be 18 years or older
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for additional pay
