Job Summary
Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer support.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
- Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
