Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage calls to consumers for securing payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with collections laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to managing collections activities

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Access to high-speed internet with specified minimum speed requirements
