Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing collections team, the part-time hourly Remote Collections Representative will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, maintain accurate account records, and perform skip tracing, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide accurate updates on account files for each interaction and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counsel delinquent consumers on payment options and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections is required
• Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Strong work ethic with a proven record of accomplishments
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
