Job Summary
Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, all in a remote work environment (MST preferred).
Key responsibilities
- Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality while effectively exchanging information over the phone
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
- FDCPA knowledge preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
