Remote Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support commercial collections efforts, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and perform skip tracing, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Maintain accurate account updates in computer files for each interaction
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in meeting payment obligations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections is required
• Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Knowledge of FDCPA is helpful
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
