Seeking ambitious individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage calls to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and effectively exchange information over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific connection requirements
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain stationary for 95% of the time
