Job Summary

Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage consumer calls to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific technical requirements
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while engaging with consumers
