Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will manage calls to secure payments on past due student loan accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to collect payments on overdue student loan accounts
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain confidentiality while effectively exchanging information over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of Private Student Loan third-party experience
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
• Access to high-speed internet with specific speed requirements
