Job Summary
Seeking experienced Commercial Mortgage Brokers/Loan Officers, the fully remote position offers entrepreneurial originators the opportunity to originate and close commercial real estate loans while maintaining and growing borrower relationships, with the backing of a competitive lender.
Key responsibilities
- Originate and close commercial real estate loans across multiple asset classes
- Maintain and grow borrower and investor relationships
- Partner with the CEO and internal teams to manage leads and close transactions
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial mortgage origination experience; preference for senior brokers with 10+ years and a strong production track record
- Established borrower and referral network
- Proven annual production of $25M+ (required)
- Ability to structure and close transactions across a variety of CRE asset types
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
