Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Computer Software Product Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the vision, organization, delivery and operation of the product across multiple regions and teams
- Building and growing highly skilled, cross-functional engineering teams across the globe
- Developing and leading team OKRs/KPIs
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology or related field, or
- Equivalent related industry experience
- 10+ years’ experience in technology & architecture roles, thoroughbred in commerce industry
- Extensive background in working with business partners
- Ability to articulate and/or have experience with the lifecycle of software and service development from source into production
- Ability to communicate with product owners and stakeholders
