Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Financial Controller, the full-time Remote Controller will oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting and internal controls, and ensure the accuracy of financial information in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Develop and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with prior Controller or accounting management experience preferred
• Strong general ledger and account reconciliation experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in an ERP/accounting system such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar
