Remote Corporate Processing Team Lead
Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Corporate Processing Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Manage pipeline for contract dates, lock expirations, disclosure dates, processor review notes, etc
- Complete loan file assignments and team pipeline load balancing
- Lead, coach, motivate, develop, and counsel processors to deliver high quality loan files to underwriting and closing
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years residential mortgage processing experience required
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines
- Strong math and analytical skills
- General knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
