Job Summary
To support a growing online academic program, the part-time Remote Criminal Justice Faculty will teach undergraduate courses, facilitate student engagement, and provide feedback on assignments in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate Criminal Justice courses in an online learning environment
- Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions and maintain consistent engagement with students
- Provide timely and individualized feedback on student assignments and maintain accurate records of student progress
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Administration of Justice, or a closely related field
- Professional experience within the criminal justice field, including law enforcement or public safety
- Successful completion of at least 18 graduate credit hours directly related to Criminal Justice
- Preference for applicants with prior successful college-level online teaching experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary criminal justice practices and ethical standards
