Remote Crop Relationship Manager
Job Summary
A leading multi-line insurance provider with a global network of subsidiaries and offices that deliver a wide range of general insurance and life insurance products and services for individuals, small businesses and mid-sized and large companies, including multinational corporations in more than 170 countries has an open position for a Remote Crop Relationship Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the overall business relationship with key Agency(s) in order to drive customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a system wide relationship map with each key contact within the Agency
- Supporting and / or executing specific initiatives such as sales campaigns, feedback to improve service delivery etc.
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 50 % of the Time
- Bachelors Degree
- Combination of 8 or more years of experience in the crop insurance industry and/or B2B sales/relationship management
- 3 or more years in leadership and change management roles
- Business unit management experience
